Three places to begin
- Follow a clinical question. Read a worked CTICU case, then inspect its evidence classification. Distinguish a scoped recommendation from general knowledge and fictional application.
- Examine an evidence review. Read the breast reconstruction analgesia review beside its reference audit. Consider populations, endpoints and the limits of comparisons.
- Inspect an implementation. Follow the Smart NOA fictional examples and development record. Software behavior and arithmetic checks do not establish clinical safety or efficacy.
For students: MCAT practice
Launch the MCAT study app for recall questions, passages and timed practice exams. Read its study guide and repository for usage, provenance and limitations. It is an independent study aid, not affiliated with or endorsed by the AAMC. App score estimates are not predictions of official results. Progress is stored on your device; no account is required.
How to read the work
Start with the repository’s scope, open the substantive source, trace its claims to public evidence, and read the correction and limitation records. Cases are wholly synthetic. Teaching examples do not establish patient-care experience, clinical competency or a validated treatment system.
The case index lists six public clinical projects and two private working drafts; the MCAT app is an additional public study resource. Private drafts remain subject to separate substantive review. No clinical shadowing notes or observations are used.
Contribution and continuity
Authorship and AI assistance, revision record, and maintenance explain how this portfolio was prepared and how corrections should be recorded. No independent clinical sign-off is recorded.
