The author stated that the portfolio material was not created under paid employment, coursework, a laboratory appointment or an institutional IP/confidentiality agreement, and described the background as clinical shadowing only. This is an author statement, not an institutional rights determination. It does not grant rights in third-party material or authorize disclosure of encounter-derived content.

No clinical shadowing notes or observations are used in this repository. The ICU author separately confirmed that all scenarios are entirely synthetic and independent of real encounters/charts. No claim of clinical experience, institutional authorship, IRB approval or patient-care authorization is created by the synthetic exercises or simulation.

The repository license covers only material the author has authority to license. Cited publications, guidelines, product names, copyrighted instruments and any external assets retain their own rights. External deposits and institution-specific obligations must be assessed separately. No institutional logos, copied society algorithms or patient records are included intentionally in this candidate.
