Clinical education example index

Educational work by a pre-medical student — not medical advice. Not a clinical protocol, prescription, or patient handout, and not for patient care. See DISCLAIMER. Updated 28 October 2026. Topic-specific cases are entirely synthetic. The common guide is copied into each clinical repository for local reading. A shared format standardizes reasoning and source documentation; it is not a clinical treatment standard or validation.

Each new topic-specific casebook links a machine-readable source/coverage audit and an author-created example format standard. Journal identifiers and available supporting passages are checked within the stated scope; full-text systematic appraisal and clinical validation are not established. Reference populations, source types, historical versions and uncertainty are explicit. Synthetic profiles and decision flows are authored educational applications, not extracted trial regimens or observed administrations.

The additions retain existing manuscripts/PDFs, code and historical versions. They do not verify every older claim in a repository. The two newly included private repositories retain legacy claims requiring a separate substantive review; the READMEs identify that limitation. This index is a source-level addition; earlier dated PDF/HTML portfolio exports are retained and do not include this new index.

The separate shadowing portfolio is excluded. Oncology research proposals, personal career/training plans, policy and technical repositories are outside this clinical teaching-case rollout. No visibility or Zenodo changes are made.
