Authorship, assistance and review status
Educational work by a pre-medical student — not medical advice. Not a clinical protocol, prescription, or patient handout, and not for patient care. See DISCLAIMER.
Recorded 29 October 2026.
Project identity
Portfolio owner: Collin B. George. This repository contains software simulation. In-memory simulation with no patient, monitor or pump interface; not clinically validated.
Assistance and contribution scope
The October 2026 portfolio revision used OpenAI Codex to help draft and revise documentation and synthetic cases, inspect sources, edit software where recorded, and perform scoped checks. The portfolio owner supplied direction, subject priorities and provenance statements. AI-assisted prose and code are not evidence that the owner independently performed every analysis or clinical task described by an example.
The November 2026 review and correction pass used Anthropic's Claude to audit citations, clinical and pharmacological content and disclaimers across the portfolio, run software simulations and tests, and draft corrections. The portfolio owner directed the pass and approved the changes. As above, AI-assisted text is not evidence that the owner independently performed every analysis described.
This statement describes the documented revision process. It does not reconstruct the authorship of every historical file or assign an unverified contribution to an earlier collaborator. Git history and the repository’s existing provenance/review records provide further context.
Review status
| Review activity | What it establishes |
|---|---|
| Source-identity and selected-content checks | Only the scope recorded in the linked audit; not a full systematic appraisal of every source |
| Software checks, where present | Observed behavior under the tested conditions; not clinical efficacy or device validation |
| Documentation and link checks | Navigation and file consistency; not clinical correctness |
| Independent clinical sign-off | Not recorded in these portfolio revision records |
The worked patients and numerical examples are synthetic teaching material, not reported patient treatment. No clinical shadowing notes or observations are used. No institutional endorsement, clinical credential or personal patient-care experience is established by these artifacts.
How to assess the work
Read the actual source, distinguish the fictional application from the cited recommendation, and inspect the stated limitations. Personal reflections or interview claims should represent the owner’s own understanding and experience; no personal reflection has been invented as part of this presentation pass.
