\noindent\textbf{Educational scope.} This is an independent educational discussion, not clinical guidance, a clinical trial, a validated decision aid, or an institutional publication. No institutional endorsement is claimed.

\section{Status}
The prior supplement is superseded. Its numerical SANRA score, study counts, comparative outcome tables, and certainty labels are not verified by the records available for this revision. No replacement numerical results are asserted.
\section{Requirements for an expanded review}
For every retained quantitative claim, record the exact source, population, intervention, comparator, outcome definition, denominator, effect estimate, uncertainty, and follow-up. Distinguish source-reported results from any new calculation. Record search dates and queries and retain selection decisions. Describe reviewer contributions accurately; do not claim duplicate independent review without records.

Record any formal appraisal tool actually applied and retain item-level assessments. Do not relabel informal A/B/C categories as GRADE. Verify bibliographic details against the primary article. Reconcile all figures and compiled outputs with the final source, then check publication and third-party reuse rights.
