Literature analyses, wholly synthetic clinical examples and a software simulation explore perioperative analgesia, critical care physiology and evidence interpretation. These artifacts are a record of study; they do not establish clinical competency, institutional endorsement or a validated patient-care tool.
Public project library
| Project | Work and scope |
|---|---|
| Critical care physiology | Worked ICU and CTICU cases connect physiology, investigations, clinical reasoning and reassessment. Wholly synthetic cases; no patient-care or clinical-validation claim. |
| Breast reconstruction analgesia | A narrative literature review with reference-identity records, search diagnostics and interpretation notes. Narrative educational analysis; selected source checks do not establish a systematic review. |
| Smart NOA simulation | A Python rule-checking simulation with fictional profiles, reproducible traces and documented limits. In-memory simulation with no patient, monitor or pump interface; not clinically validated. |
| Non-opioid and opioid-sparing anesthesia | A selected-source educational overview with a correction record and paired case discussions. Educational overview; historical review-method and efficacy claims were withdrawn. |
| TKA perioperative analgesia | A narrative evidence map with regional anesthesia, recovery and synthetic case material. The retained filename says Scoping-Review; the current work is a selected-source narrative map. |
| Breast perioperative learning | Perioperative learning modules and paired synthetic cases with source and applicability notes. The repository name retains Protocol; the revised material is educational discussion. |
| MCAT study app | Recall practice, passages and timed practice exams. Repository and study guide. Independent study aid, not AAMC-endorsed; app score estimates do not predict official results. |
Two additional working drafts remain private: robot-assisted TKA material and an AI anesthesiology safety concept. Their legacy claims require separate substantive review. No clinical shadowing notes or observations are used.
Research interests
Perioperative analgesia, pain mechanisms, longer-term recovery and persistent postsurgical pain are areas for further study. Proposed studies are plans; no participant recruitment, institutional approval, completed dissertation or clinical activity is represented here.
Review and provenance
Publication review, provenance, authorship and AI assistance, revision record, and maintenance describe the documented work and remaining limits. No independent clinical sign-off is recorded. The corrected source does not certify legal compliance or authorize patient care.
Author-owned material is shared under the license; third-party sources retain their own rights.
