This is an author statement, not an institutional rights determination. It does not grant rights in third-party material or authorize disclosure of encounter-derived content.

No clinical shadowing notes or observations are used in this repository. The author separately confirmed that all scenarios in this repository are entirely synthetic and independent of real encounters/charts. No claim of clinical experience, institutional authorship, IRB approval or patient-care authorization is created by the synthetic exercises or simulation.

The repository license covers only material the author has authority to license. Cited publications, guidelines, product names, copyrighted instruments and any external assets retain their own rights.
