# Follow-up publication review - 27 October 2026

> **Educational work by a pre-medical student — not medical advice.** Not a clinical protocol, prescription, or patient handout, and not for patient care. See [DISCLAIMER](DISCLAIMER.md).

**Candidate 2026.10-rc2.** This is an educational-source correction pass, not legal certification, clinical validation, peer review or public-release authorization.

## Work completed

- Smart NOA: fixed simultaneous low-heart-rate/low-pressure alert masking and finite-number/state boundary errors. **31 software tests pass**. This does not establish patient safety.
- ICU: reconstructed all **42 synthetic scenario themes** as physiology/evidence-appraisal exercises and revised study objectives, summaries, terminology and source guide. Unsupported medicine doses, device adjustments, fixed escalation rules and claims of clinical procedural competency are withdrawn.
- TKA: withdrew unsubstantiated estimated screening counts, JBI/PRISMA-ScR compliance, extraction/grade tables and false source-result pairings. The current series is a selected-source narrative map, with no original pooling or submission-ready claim.
- Breast review: checked identity metadata for 58 PMID-bearing references and the remaining book; reviewed available abstracts and selected full text. Corrected IV-versus-oral morphine units, nonsignificant-result wording and outdated guideline framing. Search diagnostic responses are archived.
- Historical NOA PDF: all 37 rendered pages were visually reviewed. No patient identifiers were apparent in that visual pass, but old institutional/clinical-observation framing, unsupported methods, efficacy and dose claims remain in Git history. Those versions are superseded and not clinical evidence.
- Author provenance statement recorded. No clinical shadowing notes or observations are used.

## Remaining limits

The current sources are educational, with narrower claims than the earlier versions. This audit does not replicate every underlying trial, independently verify every third-party full-text assertion, establish all copyright permissions, determine jurisdiction-specific legal duties, or validate software for patient care. External deposits, attachments, deployed copies, unreachable Git objects and the public repositories' full histories have not received exhaustive review.

Do not turn a passing software test, a valid DOI, an educational disclaimer or an author provenance statement into a clinical/legal-clearance claim. Private repository visibility remains unchanged. The historical audit and current snapshot checks have different scopes.

Earlier review notes in Git history describe earlier states. Use the current release notes and manifests to identify this candidate.
